Hi from Paris,

I have a problem with my catalogues:
When the page of my catalogue appears, all the products are well displayed but when we click on any Search element (Sort by; categories; Sub categories or key words) then my products are displayed several times on thumbs, lists or details… and after unchecking all the boxes on the sidebar my products are still displayed several times..
Do you have any idea how could I solve this problem?..

Hi Edouard,

Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the plugin. When we go to check the page, the page gets stuck on “Updating Results”, is that something that started recently?

It looks like there are a number of javascript errors on the page, was a new plugin or script added recently that might be stopping a JS file from running?

I have a product in my catalog that is showing up twice and I can’t work out why. Please help!

Hi Whistler,

Is the product appearing twice in the catalogue settings ? Is it possible that it has been inputted twice by mistake ?
