Products Collection

i want to create a cell phone collection website, which contain all model of cell phones and their specifications, i m not going to make a shopping cart, i just want to make an informative blog, but i m unable to create this after using so many plugins and themes, sample website is http://www.whatmobile.com.pk, can anybody help me????? i will be very thankful to him/her.
