Do all your variations have the exact same price? in that case all variations will indeed be removed from the feed as they all have the same lowest price.

We can’t open it as it is asking for us to login

Thanks for this, however I think you send me only 1 screenshot and in it you do not have this option enabled like you stated before: “Only include lowest priced product variation (s):”?
