product type excluding not working

Dear all,

I wanted to ask if there is a fix in plan for exporting orders only with visible simple physical products (no parents or bundle products, etc.)

Even if I set the export to include only simple items, all the other composite or bundle “virtual” parent products are all visible anyway.

Is there a way to correct this or am I doing something wrong?

Hello Michal

Have you set “product_type” = “simple” in filter “Product taxonomies” ?

Please, open “Filter By products” and uncheck “Export all products from the order”.

Hi Alex,

thanks. Unchecking the EXPORT ALL PRODUCTS FROM THE ORDER did fixed that

Dear Alex,

unfortunately I’ve found out that the issue was not fully resolved.

When I process an export from the export orders page, everything works fine. As you can see, I’ve set specifically to include simple products and exclude composites and bundles.

But when I export the order from the regular order page, the composite and bundle products are included anyway

Similar bug was reported for bulk actions, before New Year.
