    Hi there,
I’ve noticed since updating to 2.5.1 that when I load a product page on my store it’s loading with the tab area selected.
This only seems to happen on desktop display rather than mobile though? However if I disable your plugin it stops doing this.

Any idea what the issue might be?

You can view an example here: https://www.comicbookshop.co.nz/product/black-panther-vol-6-4/

Your help would be very much appreciated 🙂

    Kind regards,
    JP

    Hi,

That’s strange, I’m not seeing what can cause that in WP Mobile menu.

Can you disable WP Mobile Menu, clear the cache and check that page again to confirm if that’s related to WP Mobile Menu or not?

    Thanks

Hi, looks like I’m having the same issue.

    Hi Rui,
I’ve just tried disabling the plugin and clearing the cache but it hasn’t made any difference to the desktop view.
It is however now do the same thing on mobile, so now when viewing on mobile if I go to a product page the product information tab areas sre selected causing the page to automatically scroll down to them.
Same as previously mentioned on the desktop view.

With the plugin disabled the product pages load fine.

    Thanks for your help.

    Kind regards,
    JP

Will have a look at this. Maybe it’s the smooth scroll script I added. Apologize for any inconvenience.

Already sorted this, it was an issue with the smooth scroll and the single product page in Woocommerce since they force a click in the load of the page.

Just delete the current plugin version and install it again from the WordPress repository. Don’t worry about the settings, you won’t lose anything.

After that clear the cache and purge any cache plugin and try again.

    Let me know the result.

    Nice. Glad it’s sorted.

It’s a bit strange that Woocommerce it’s forcing a click in the 1st tab in the page load.
