Product Recommendation Quiz

I am looking for a plug-in that will allow me to survey my users with standard questions and predefined answers, and then recommend products to the user based on how they answered the survey. I would also want them to be able to make purchases from the page that recommends products from their results.

I have done some searching but I can’t seem to find anything that allows me to do this. I may be searching using the wrong language, but all i have found are general survey plug-ins or a buzzfeed type quiz, which I’m not sure would work.

Can anyone point me to a plugin that allows me to do this? Or, if you are a developer, I am interested in talking through getting this written custom for my site so I would love to hear from you if you’re interested. Thanks!
