Product Pending Review again

Hi, when a vendor submitted a product, it awaiting for admin review/approval. But after that product had been approved and the product is live, when the vendor tries to edit this product again, it will set the Product back to Pending Review again.

Is this possible?

This is to prevent malicious vendors who edited their product and changed it to an illegal item afterwards for sale.
