    Hey everyone,

I’ve been having issues with my wordpress site for some time. I am trying to add a “request a quote” form for all of my products and i’ve found that it only works for some items when I attempted to enter visual builder. It seems that when I enter visual builder all of the product information is either distorted or completely dissapears and there is no way for me to edit it properly. Does anyone know why this could be or had similar issues?

Link below for anyone who wishes to see what I want it to look like (it worked on that product specifically)

I think there is some kind of conflict going on. I liked the following suggestions from ChatGPT:

    Theme and Plugin Compatibility:

    • Ensure that your WordPress theme and all the plugins you are using, including the Visual Builder, are up to date. Incompatibility issues can arise when using outdated versions.

    JavaScript Errors:

    • Open the browser console (usually accessible by right-clicking on the page and selecting “Inspect” or “Inspect Element,” then navigating to the “Console” tab) to check for any JavaScript errors. Resolve any errors that you find, as they might be causing issues with the Visual Builder.

    Conflict Resolution:

    • Temporarily deactivate all plugins except the Visual Builder and switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One). See if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate each plugin/theme one by one to identify the conflicting element.

    Child Theme:

    • If you have made customizations to your theme, ensure that you are using a child theme. Direct modifications to the main theme can be lost during updates and may cause issues.

    Hi there @djulfaian 👋

Thanks for reaching out to Woo Support!

Product Page On Visual Builder Issues

This sounds like an issue with Divi (the visual builder that appears to be in use at the site) and the “request a quote” form you’re trying to add to the site.

Feel free to reach out to its support channel (linked here), as they would be in a better position to assist you.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.
