    I have a bit of a weird situation and hopefully you can help.

    I’ve noticed when I am logged into admin and testing adding products to the Cart it does so. But when Im logged out (that would be for all potential customers), selecting the product and adding it to cart does not do anything.
    For example when Im logged in as Administrator, add products to the Cart – which is fine. Then I log out and view cart or refresh the page then all of the product disappear.
    Thought it is possibly something in the settings, I could not find anything though.

    I do have the following: Settings > General – Checkout page: Allow Guest purchases ticked.

    I don’t want people to have to create an account and/or log in to purchase something, but just go to the checkout form immediately.

    Hi semblance_er,

    Sorry to hear of your struggles. Is it possible that you can provide your System Info via the Jigoshop panel in WP and email it to support@jigoshop.com. Also, would be able to provide a temp login and include it in the same email?
