Product Missing in the catalog

    Hello,
    Some of the products in the catalog are not showing on the frontend.
    Very strange, if you search 73-025 or 73-026, you find the paints; but if you select their category (ELIE BORGRAVE + 1970 in the sidebar) and scroll through, 73-025 + 73-026 are missing from the catalog.
    In the backend, everything looks fine, same as the other products.

    What could be wrong ?

    Hi pmoise,

    We tested it out by clicking “ELIE BORGRAVE” and “1970”. Since there were 316 results (with 20 results per page), we navigated to the 13th page and found 73-025 and 73-026 listed at the top.

    If you want more results to appear on a page:
    – go to “Options” -> “Premium”
    – scroll down to “Products per Page”
    – change the number to the amount you want to appear per page

    Hello,
    Indeed the product are visible on the 13th page but I do not understand
    1.If I select “Sort by name”, Elie Borgrave and 1970, the paint 73-025 and 73-026 are not ordered correctly by Name (they should be at the end of the 73-XXX series)
    and they are only visible on 13th page after 79-xxx series
    2.How can I set a default ordering for the catalog page to order by number and to be sure all paintings are ordered correctly ?

    Just to inform that I found my error, had to go to categories and ask for alphabetical order
    everything is running fine
