    Hi there!

    Great plugin, it saved the day πŸ˜‰ I was testing, and everything was going smoothly, as you can see in this screenshot:

    Suddenly, the product list stopped showing when I activated the option to show the description on hover. I didn’t like it, so I turned it off. From this moment until now, the product list has never been shown again. I tried many different things to fix the issue, such as cleaning the cache, reinstaling the plugin, tried different settings, disabled other plugins to check for conflicts, but nothing worked.

    Any idea why? Please help!

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Please let us know do you have the pro version of the plugin?

    If you have the pro version then you can activate it, after you can enable the “Show product list” from the plugin settings.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    I’m using the free version, which is supposed to have the product list activated by default, as you can see in the screenshot below:

    I can’t change this setting, so why isn’t the product list showing?

    Is there any way to reset the plugin to the default settings?

    I’m considering buying the premium version, but first I want to make sure the free version works fine before investing.

    We checked it and it is working fine.

    Maybe you have done some exploration on the plugin settings!

    You can delete the row with the “asnp_easy_product_bundle_settings” in the “wp_options” table on your database to reset the plugin settings.

    Or you can wait for the next version.
