you could use the standard wordpress import/export , however, you will most have some missing metadata such as assigned sizes etc (though could be a start if you want to have a starting point on a new site for example, but you’ll still have to go through each product to assign this kind of metadata)
other than that , there is not really any reliable way available that lets you transfer things from one site to another (as id’s would change in various places) other than cloning a site entirely with one of the many available duplication/clone plugins
