    I’m having issues with product images displaying incorrectly. Actual product image would appear in the center of the page (centralized in length as well, meaning actual images would appear at the bottom of the screen, not where you are) when you hit on the thumbnail rather than the top location where it used to. Any solution to that? Thanks!

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for replying. I’m unable to show you the faulty configuration as I’ve rolled back to the previous Virtue version of 3.0.1 and it’s displaying correctly. However I was wondering what do I do now? Do I wait for the next version of update?

    Regards,
    Ed.

    Would it be possible for you to update, take some before and after screenshots, and then roll back if needed? I at least just need to see what you’re referring to before I can test on my site to compare.

    All of the products on my test site are displaying fine with the most current version of the theme, so it’s possible that you have a plugin that’s causing this.

    Did you try deactivating all plugins one by one to see if the products appear correctly when a certain plugin is OFF?

    Hi Kevin,

    I have no idea how to attach pic here but I have them saved in the following link;

    Before – http://bit.ly/2ucCLY0
    After – http://bit.ly/2ux5Qwl
    Status after update – http://bit.ly/2tdADPu
    All plugins – http://bit.ly/2sugR52

    You may realized product pic remain on screen before updating. However after updating it appear at the bottom of the location. This is a tablet screenshot, it’ll appear further down when viewing on mobile phone.

    Status after update shows nothing negative too. And I don’t think it was a plugin issue as they were working fine all the time before the latest updates that is. Hope you have a clearer understanding now.

    Regards,
    Ed.

    I’m understanding the issue now. I’ve sent the issue onto the Theme Developer, so this will likely be fixed with the next update.
