    Hi WooCommerce team,

I have a problem concerning the display of my product images.
They are displayed very fuzzy. However, when you hover over them they are shown sharp.

    Here is a sample link:
    https://media.worldwidewings.de/produkt/goettliches-design-fuer-die-menschheit/

Once they were sharp but something changed. It might be the rersult of an update but I’m not sure.

So I tried different adjustments, checked for interferences with other plugins and updated all site components in a testing environment but nothing helped.

So do you have any idea what the cause of this problem could be?

    Here are the technical things:
    Wordpress: 5.1.1
    Woocommerce: 3.5.6
    Theme: Envo Multipurpose 1.1.4

    Thanks
    Naphtali

    Hi @worldwidewings,

When I look at that page, the product image doesn’t display particularly blurry to me. This is what it looks like without hovering over the image:

The image might be loading differently on different screen sizes, though. You will want to verify what is the size of the image that is being loaded when you access the site from your screen, as that might be a smaller version that looks different. For me, it is loading the full-size version:

If you find it is loading a different version with a smaller resolution, I’d recommend using a plugin like Simple Image Sizes to verify what exact sizes are images being cropped to, and modify that to a resolution that better fits your needs.

    Hopefully that helps!

    Hi Fernando,

    thank you for your response.

I checked the site with another system and the images were displayed correctly.

Thank you for your advice concerning the simple image sizes plugin. I will have a look at it.
