Product Image Size Issue

I am having a problem with the images for my products in my shop: http://girlnextdoorhoney.com/shop/

On the shop page, they will only show up as the size I want if I list them as a variable product. I have some simple products I want to add, but they come up as thumbnails on the shop page.

I already tried editing the sizing under woo commerce > settings > Products > Display and that didn’t seem to change anything. I am guessing this has to do with my theme.

I have a custom theme built by a friend who is tired of helping me with my website… I am not too knowledgeable about these things, but I am trying to learn! I have no idea how to go into the theme and look for these settings.
