I want to add the GTIN number via the excel sheet in a custom column. I need this done so i can have a feed to google merchant centre can this be done? if so please help.

  • Hi @bargainstuffuk

I am assuming that you have already added the GTIN field to your WooCommerce, right?

If so, you can then export your products, and you’ll notice a new column with your GTIN field, fill it up and then upload it again.

If by chance you haven’t created the GTIN field yet, you can use a plugin like this:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce/

Alternatively, if you don’t want to export all your products, you can consider using a plugin like WP All Import to update your product attributes in bulk!

Let us know how it goes! My very best,

Hi i have added the GTIN field but when i export the products. There is no column for GTIN. Adding the GTIN manually will take a long time. Or i will have to add a manual feed to google merchant centre. This is getting very frustrating.

    Hi,

I understand you would like to export the GTIN into your product CSV.

There is an alternative solution using third party plugins, explained below:
GTIN (UPC, EAN) field to WooCommerce

If that does not work for you, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  That will help us to understand much better your site configuration.

    Let us know thanks.
