I think this could be related to a conflict with a plugin or most likely with your theme.
To be sure of this, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check again if the issue persists. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.
If you can’t perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

I did as instructed, the issue persists

As it is working fine on the PC but not on mobile, it doesn’t seem to be an issue with WooCommerce, basically.
You may want to check your phone settings, cookies, etc to see if that helps.

All plugins were deactivated and the issue persist. Right now the product filters widget is empty. I attempted to add new but not forthcoming. Below is the error message it throws
“woocommerce_products” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.”
In that case, to know more about your setup and to further check into this, kindly provide us the following:
- Your System Status: You can find it via
WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste in here your response.
- Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under
WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Can you please disable the plugin Mailchimp for WooCommerce: by Mailchimp – 2.5.4 and let us know if that makes a difference?

Thanks, I did disable the plugin and the only difference it makes is the error msg in product filters field 👇

Thank you for the update. At this moment, I can’t check your store as it’s in maintenance mode, but can you go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and update & verify database to see if that helps? 1. Widget that you’re adding in Appearance > Widgets
2. Where are you adding this widget? (i.e. Sidebar, Below header, etc.)
3. Take a screenshot of this widget in the frontend of your site (Desktop view)
