  • Hi @murat1

    Thanks for reaching out!

The Google Listings & Ads plugin only facilitates linking a product feed to your Google Merchant Center account.

In order to sync your WooCommerce store with Google and begin showcasing your products online, you will need to complete the following steps within your Google Listings & Ads setup.

You can find more details on the setup and configuration requirements in the documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/

For the error in [description], please check this article: How to fix: Missing attribute

    Hope this helps!

    But what ı must doing?

    Hi there @murat1

Just to clarify, did you have a chance to check out the links my colleague shared above, or otherwise?

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

Furthermore, a picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes. Therefore, could you also share a screenshot of the screen where the error(s) appear, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good (online) tool of choice for sharing it here.

Looking forward to your response. Thank you. 🙂</img>

    Hi @murat1 ,

Thanks for sharing the status report and a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end, this is very helpful!

As a first step, can you please navigate to Dashboard > Products, and then select one of the products that has this error message associated with it.

Next, please can you check that there are product descriptions added in the following areas:

    • Product Description (as seen in the screenshot below):
    • Product Short Description (as seen in the screenshot below):

Google might be happier with this product data added 🙂

If this makes no difference, please share a screenshot of these specific areas so that we can have a closer look.

    Thanks!
