    I understand that you want to replace the product image on your Facebook catalog. That can be done in the catalog settings on Facebook under Commerce Manager > Catalog > Items:

    Because the number of products is very large, it will take a lot of time to replace them gradually.

    Is it possible to automatically complete the setting of displaying the first image during synchronization?

    To my knowledge Facebook offers no access to their data via an API or similar. There is only the graphical interface. You will need to work through this manually.
