    I have a situation that is my product doesn’t have any product cover box.
    For example, phone. I don’t have phone product cover box(the plastic/paper box that holds the phone, USB cable, document….. ).

    When I need to fill the Product date –> shipping -> Dimensions.
    Should I just use the phone body’s dimension or I should find a UPS/USPS envelope/box, put one phone into the envelope/box and then add the envelope/box dimensions into Product Data –> Shipping –> Dimension?

    Hi there,

    I understand you’re not planning to use any boxes for your products and you’d prefer use UPS packaging.

    These are the packaging options available in WooCommerce >> Settings >> Shipping >> your shipping zone >> UPS:

    If you enter the actual product dimensions – the plugin will automatically choose the service and packaging that these products will fit in given you have the plugin configured accordingly:

    If the custom boxes are selected – the plugin will still attempt to fit those boxes into the packages offered by UPS so it is not necessary to specify size of packages – it’s best to specify the actual size of your products.

    You may want to do some testing though after setting everything up in order to make sure the received rates, services and packages actually match the rates you were looking for.
