Product Description missing

    Hi, I have a problem with uploading my feed throught Facebook. The system says that product description is missing, however all my products have description. Also, it seems to be related to single product that are included in another grouped product. The grouped product does work, but the single product included in another grouped product does not work. I use Divi theme and it’s the only warning in the status page.

    Please, provide us the below resources –
    – Your System Status
    – Error report By Facebook
    – Feed link that you are trying to upload on FB

    Also, make sure to explain the point “it seems to be related to a single product that is included in another grouped product. The grouped product does work, but the single product included in another grouped product does not work” with some reference like screenshots or a small video.

    We will be able to investigate the issue once we get the above resources. So, please, reach us again with the above resoureces.
