Hi @abosct
I understand that this duplicating behavior can be observed (1) when viewing the order in the backend (20) downloading the invoice
The duplicate one seems to be most likely coming from one of the plugins. After the recent-most update, one of the plugins on the site (or maybe the theme) could be conflicting.
Can you check if the same happens when you deactivate all plugins other than WooCommerce and change the theme to Storefront?
If the issue does not persist at this point, you’ll want to reactivate your theme/plugins one by one until you find the one causing the issue. Here’s the conflict test guide for reference: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Instead of running this test on your live production site, you can create a duplicate/staging site. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.
Here’s the conflict test guide for reference: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Let us know how it goes.

Hi there
I have run the troubleshooting on the website and even with the basic theme and just WooCommerce activated, the same problem persists. I’m not sure if this has something to do with the latest version of WooCommerce or not as it is not happening in the older versions?
Please advise.
Kind regards
Hello,

Thanks for performing the conflict test!
Can you please share a screenshot? That way, we’ll be able to better understand where you’re seeing this issue and how it’s presenting. You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshot with us. If there’s any sensitive information you would like to block, you can use the editing tools included in snipboard.io.

Sure, here is the screenshot: https://snipboard.io/0gydXF.jpg
So before I ran the update the product description would have just been for eg:
Double Duvet Encasing – 200cm x 200cm but it is being repeated for some reason. Im not sure if it is listing the product name and then the variation but it wasn’t doing it before the update.
Thanks
Hello,
Thanks for writing back and sending the screenshot!
If I understood correctly, you’re sharing a screenshot of the “Edit order” view and the two “Pillow encasing” products shown there are variations of the same product in a given order.
What I see there is not the default WooCommerce behavior. Usually, variations will inherit the parent product’s title – to have the attributes as part of the variation title would require code customization or a plugin – like shared over here.
See the image below as reference of the default WooCommerce behavior in the “Edit order” view:

You mention you have already disabled all plugins, so that might mean there’s a code customization that needs to be updated.
Hope this helps!
We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, the above info was helpful.
