    Hello,

    I need to add variations in product but i have some problems.

    My Product Data – product type dropdown doesn’t show my add product page.

    In google inspect page i see my variations_tab but display:none

    How can i fix this?

    WooCommerce version: 3.7.0
    WordPress version: 5.8.1
    WooCommerce REST API package: 1.0.2

    Hi @sertancayci,

    Normally, the product data should have a dropdown to select the type of product you wish to create, like a variable product for instance.

    To troubleshoot what could be causing the issue on your site, let’s check a few things.

    1. I see that you’re using WooCommerce version: 3.7.0. This is an outdated version, thus, could you kindly update to the latest WooCommerce version? Once you’ve updated, check if the issue persists.
    * As you’re updating from a rather old WooCommerce version, I would recommend taking a full site backup before the update. You can use UpdraftPlus for backups.

    2. If the issue persists after the above step, it is likely that there’s a plugin/theme conflict causing it. Thus, kindly do a full conflict test as explained in this guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    If the issue still persists after the above two steps, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
