Product Data / Options Hidden

    I just created a brand new install of WP v5.7.2, and installed Woocommerce v5.3.0, and can not see the Product Data drop down, nor any of the customization options (Inventory, Attributes, etc.).

    I can see the options on the left nav of the Product Data box, but there is no content displayed.

    I have the Twenty Twenty theme active, and have switched back and forth between the defaults and there is no difference. Woocommerce is the only plugin I have installed as well.

    I’ve been searching these forums endlessly to find a solution, but can’t seem to find one! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @tylerhenson801,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    That’s a bit odd, does the same happen if you change the browser? If you only have the default theme and WooCommerce Core active then it could be something related to your browser. Please switch to another browser and let us know if you see all Product data options.

    Hi Mirko!

    I had tried that originally, and it seemed to be the same… but upon checking again, it seems to be displaying fine in Safari/Firefox now!

    I’ve been using Chrome, so I’ll have to go through and uninstall some extensions to see if that’s causing the conflict.

    Hey @tylerhenson801,

    Thanks for confirming it’s working on Safari and Firefox browsers.

    It could be an extension in Chrome that is causing that behavior. You can try to run some conflict testing disabling each extension at a time and refreshing the page until you find which one may be causing that.
