    HI! I have a bit of a weird issue that keeps causing me grief.

    Whenever I add a new category to my side bar menu, I like to have them in alphabetical order. when I go to the category page on the backend to put the new category in alpabetical order (as it always goes straight to the top of the menu or subcategory) I can never get that particular category to go to the next page! I can only move the category around in the list on page showing, if I drag it right to the bottom it might take it 2 or 3 pages away and then I can’t bring it back?

    Surely there is an easier way to sort the categories than the drag that I am just not seeing, please tell me there is? I currently have a category that is not in alphabetical order and my OCD is in overdrive!

    Hi there,

    I’m not quite sure I understand the part where you mention moving menu items around different pages.

    Would you be able to share a screencast or screenshot via a service like Droplr, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc… to show us exactly what you’re saying?

    I would like to move the Chatelaine category on to the previous page (Page 4) so I can get it in alphabetical order, but just cant get it to move!

    If I understand correctly, you’re essentially looking for an easier way to sort categories – correct?

    If that’s correct, have you tried increasing the number of categories shown per page? This can be done in the following screenshot:
