I have also noted that the code is now appearing on tester site on one of our subdomains- do i need to reinstall s2member or??????????????????????????????

Sorry, but you really haven’t yet given us enough details to be able to offer you help.

What theme are you using? What plugins? Which payment processor? Which host? Pro or free version of s2Member? Where are you expecting the postcodes to be collected from? Are there any other problems on your site?

    Currently using S2member pro
    paypal
Theme -twenty forteen but have checked out the problem with other themes

    web site
    justhostme is the provider

we have dealt with most of the issues though we have had a bb press issue however most of the plug ins have required updating in recent days

I thought bbPress might be involved. There is a known issue that was caused by the recent update to WordPress 4.0, which caused a conflict between bbPress and many other plugins.

But the s2Member lead developer came up with a workaround, which was included in the last update of s2. Have you updated to the most recent version?

yes tonight but considering deleting bbpress to see if this works

Are you or your host running any caching?

Have re installed s2member on site and still not achieved desired results

To be honest, I didn’t expect that it would. That’s why I’ve been asking you questions.

Are you or your host running any caching?
