Problems with WooCommerce plugin

I have connected my printful plugin to my WooCommerce store. After adding one item to my printful store, I get a message that there is an issue with my WooCommerce plugin.
The developed my site says i need the IP address for WooCommerce so that i can white list it in the fire wall?

Can you provide me with the WooCommerce IP address or point me in the right direct to get it?
