Problems with Widgets (Archives, Calendar, Categories)

Right here goes, The problem I have with these widgets is that I would like to have none of them showing. However whenever I disable all three of these widgets in the admin panel, all three show up. When I enable just one of them, only that one shows up.

Now, I’m not sure how much of a difference this may make, but originally when I went to the admin panel, none of these widgets was enabled, however all of them showed up anyway.

I’m currently running WordPress 2.7, and the theme I am using is called metamorph_killerwhale.
