    Hello Ultimate Member Support

    For purposes of my site, I deactivated the “comments” and “about” tabs and left only the “posts” tab, except that when I edit the posts tab, placing a text box asking the user and password, the same does not appear in the preview and the official website of the updated site, I tried to re-enable the tabs mentioned above but the problem continues. Everything goes blank.

    P.S: My WordPress and my themes are all up to date.

    Hi @favelahome,

    This issue can be due to some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hello, I did the conflict test that you suggested to me, but it did not work, I deactivated all the puglins and changed the theme to Twenty Fifteen and the information fields in the preview still do not appear and when I click refresh, the site remains white with the following message: “You have not created any posts.”
