Its a wordpress.com theme. Someone transferred the site over to wordpress.org, theme and all.

The site was original made in wordpress.com, and when we added our own domain, it got transferred to a wordpress.org account by the person doing the hosting for the site.

I’m not sure what you mean by the footer “floating up” as it looks fine on this end.
Could you please let me know:
– on which specific page this is happening – please provide a direct link to the page
– in what browser and version you see this behaviour – i.e. Firefox 26
– in what operating system you see this behaviour – i.e. Windows 7, Mavericks
– in what device (if a mobile device) – i.e. iPad Retina Mini

As I mentioned in the other thread, this theme isn’t actually the version provided by WordPress.com. You might either try downloading that version here or contacting Okay Themes for direct support.
Hi guys,
I am the original developer of Typo. I made Typo a few years ago as a premium theme, and have since retired it and made it available for download. I’ve actually stopped active development and support on Typo, but someone (no idea who) recently made a version of it available on WP.com so it’s been popping up.
This is definitely the .org version of the theme. I don’t see any issues with the footer on here. If you can be more specific I can take a look.
