Problems with the translation file

After having tested the plugin for a long time, here are my comments.
The name of the menus, the name of the columns are not translatable. Several terms do not appear in the .po file.
I also find that there are missing options in the settings, like showing or not the votes, missing a specific page (template) for the answer.
If it is good to have modifiable templates, pity that we can not intervene more deeply in the html.
