Problems with the 4.0.1 version of WordPress

Hi,

On the login screen of wordpress, after you enter the password and click login, you are not redirected to your page and the wordpress keeps asking for your password.

I disabled all my plugins and left only the “Peter’s Login Redirect” active.

Someone is with this error too?
