Problems with Search Box

I had my search box working fine above the header image, but after a recent update it’s suddenly hanging off into my background. I tried adjusting it’s positioning, but it seems stuck where it is. I’m wondering if maybe someone with more experience than me can take a look at my code and maybe they will see something I don’t.
