Problems with Polylang and Woocommerce

Good day,
I’m experiencing the problem with URL modification. I have Avada theme with WooCommerce and Polylang. At this point the URL of the pages is formed like this – http://www.cnc-ploter.com/?lang=en, on the other hand I have 2 more Avada’s with Polylang but without WooCommerce and they have URLs like this – http://www.videocontrast.com/en/ or – http://ceg-eu.com/en. Same server and domain provider. What can I do to have correct URLs – to make http://www.cnc-ploter.com/en/ ? From what I found something happened with my .htaccess file. It’s empty, but I didn’t change anything there. What can be done solve this issue?
