• I try to place orders using the free chrome extension that comes with the plugin. But when the extension starts to add products to the cart, it stack there and doesn’t move ahead. It throws the error that products can’t be added to the cart on AliExpress. BTW, I tried simple products and products with variants – all have the same problem.

    We need more information to detect this problem on your site. Please provide us if any error notification shows up while fulfilling orders by extension, create a ticket on the support forum, we will check it.

    As you said, you see the message “products can’t be added to the cart” which is a friendly message that the chrome extension tells you where the issue is and you should check your products yourself.

    You should know that AliExpress product attributes may change everyday. A variation that you imported yesterday may be no longer available today, not to mention the fact that you may modify product data after importing.

    In this case, you should use the premium version which has the feature to sync products every day. During product sync, if a product is out of stock or removed from AliExpress, you will be notified.

    So the free plugin version comes with the issue and to fix it, I need to upgrade it to the premium version?

    This is not the plugin issue, if you fulfill orders when products(variations) are still unchanged, there should be no problem.
    But I guess you don’t care about it because this is a review, not a support topic.
