Problems with master slider

hello
I’m using massive dynamic wordpress theme http://massivedynamic.co/
and it contains a master slider plugin *i guess the free one, don’t know*

I’ve designed my slider by using one of your available templates “Creative Agency template”, and when i view my website, the slider does not look exactly as how i designed it.

whats the problem? can you help me asap?
also, on mobile phones the slider text becomes so big, and the image cropped
how can i fix it?
