Problems with Manual Backups

    Hi,

    I have this plugin on a number of my clients website.Scheduled backups seem to work fine but there seems to be a problem with manual backups.

    The backup starts is the icon starts spinning but then once completed it does nothing, so backup is listed.

    I have seen in other threads that there has been a problem with sites hosted on Heart Internet and all of my sites are hosted with them. Has this been resolved?

    Yes just not the manual backups

    At this time, because of Heart Internet’s limit on loopback connections, we don’t have any way of forcing compatibility with their hosting. if this changes in the future we’ll update the ticket, but the developers aren’t sure that will be possible.

    ps – I’m marking this as resolved because it isn’t an issue with the plugin – it’s due to a limit on the Heart Internet hosting itself.

    Ok, but its a shame that it was working before even though Heart Internet has always had the loopback limit.

    Guess its time to look for a backup plugin that works with Heart Internet :/
