Problems with importing products

I tried lots of times to import from osCommerce with this plugin, but it has imported only some images.
I exported osCommerce database and imported it in my WordPress database because the connection didn’t work.
Now when I start importation it shows this message:
“Starting…(If the page stops loading or shows a timeout error, then just refresh the page and the importer will continue where it left off. If you are using a shared server and are importing a lot of products you may need to refresh several times)”
It doesn’t refresh, when I refresh I see no products.
I hope someone can help me, I’m wasting a lot of time with this.
