Have you been able to get someone else to try? It seems fine on multiple machines for us — i.e. videos do play.
There was a plugin i was called cookie complaicy that was causing problems after deactivating everything worked thanks
Great. which plugin was causing the problems by the way? It will help in future situations.
Complianz is a GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent plugin its the plugin that was causing the problem and showing empty videos from gallery

For further reference, I see you can add a consent message on YouTube videos, and enable youtube-nocookie, as well as restrict the YouTube API. If those settings are respected, you can disable the YouTube integration from Complianz under Integrations.

Thanks for the notice. That update would help. We’d had others who have experienced a similar thing as @immanuelconrad
@aahulsebos I tried disabling youtube integration the problem is the same i had to deactivate the plugin. Kindly note the problem is only on the gallery when trying to watch different video

In Gutenberg I did; Embed a playlist
Then added a playlist and saved as a gallery.
Unde privacy settings from EmbedPlus I;
the API: Restricted – (Recommended) Only load the API on pages that have a YouTube video.
No cookie is enabled
Consent message is enabled.
In Complianz, I disabled the Youtube interaction. This is the result;
