Problems with export file

Hi, I have installed WP Cerber on many websites and export activity on them works without a problem, except for one website. That website have over 10000 entries monthly, and when I export csv file he have only about 2000 rows, and every row contains various symbols like this one for example: EÃÌ0d×ù“ØK51݈fVdy®j*f¤Z6ÿLÇÓÙûihì.

I tried to deactivate all other plugins, change website language back to English US, insert code in wp-config.php define( ‘CERBER_EXPORT_CHUNK’, 12000 );, enable data export, tweak plugin setting etc. but nothing helps.

Any ideas?

PS: It would be really helpful to update plugin, so user can choose date range for exporting file.
