What is the problem with Cyrillic? We haven’t translated the plugin into any other languages. The only available language at the moment is English. If you would like to translate things, please feel free too, we would be glad to include your translation with the core plugin.

Yes that is most likely the problem. As the comments in the code state, using UTF 8 encoded text for the tab titles will cause the tab functionality built into WooCommerce to not function properly.

You should now be able to use any language of your choosing without any issues. In the latest release we’ve fixed the issue of non UTF8 characters not working properly.
