Problems with colorbold theme

Hey guys so the theme looks great when logged in but when I log out it messes up. Take a look at http://www.maskedmagic.com to see what I mean.

It takes a couple of seconds but you will see what happens. It seems to be a login and the whole footer moves up. Not sure what the problem is, I am using the latest version of wordpress
