problems with changing wordpress directory to blog

I just installed wordpress yesterday. I did the 5 minute install and installed it into a directory named ‘blog’ rather than ‘wordpress’. I’m finding that some of the functions don’t work properly. For example, I’m able to create link categories but when I go back to edit them, it goes to a file in the ‘wordpress’ directory, which isn’t there. I need to type in ‘blog’ over wordpress and it works. This happens when I try to upload a photo too.

Should I reinstall everything to a ‘wordpress’ directory instead or is there an easy way to fix this?
