    Good Morning,
    I have problems with this plugin. Specifically in the integration with Contac Form 7. It depends on the list of mailchimp that you assign, the subscriptions are added or not. I have detected that in most recent lists it works correctly, but in older lists (2016) it does not add subscriptions.
    May be related? Could someone give me a solution? Thank you!

    Hello,

    Can you connect to the old list, can you please go to the “MailChimp for WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin and share with us the errors listed there?

    Hi,

    The error I see over and over in the log is “anna@fa******.cat was permanently deleted and cannot be re-imported. The contact must re-subscribe to get back on the list.

    This means that the email you are testing with is banned by MailChimp for (un)subscribing too many times in a short period. This is out of our control.
    I recommend testing with a new / fresh email.

    I am trying with a new email and I have the same problem. The form is linked to two lists in mailchimp: https://www.atconsumer.es/wp-content/uploads/lists-plugin.jpg
    One list is older than the other: https://www.atconsumer.es/wp-content/uploads/lists-mailchimp.jpg
    And when I suscribe, the subscription is only effective in one of the lists, the newest.
    Is it really the antiquity the factor that makes one of the lists receive the subscriptions and the other does not?

    Hey Anna,

    If you had used that email in one of the lists, and deleted it then it would not be possible to add it again using 3rd party forms as mentioned by my colleague. Try adding it first directly or using MailChimp.com hosted forms.

    I tested your form using my personal email “m*@******chouhan.com” and it worked. I received 2 different opt-in emails and I confirmed to both.

    perfect, I’ve already checked and actually the reason you mentioned was the one that made the email addresses not subscribe. Thank you!!
    I have deleted your subscription from the two mailchimp lists.
