Problems when password recovery wordpress

    one of my sites is with problems to recover password, the email is sent, but the link is not complete

    The link sent: /wp-login.php?action=rp&key=nYnWn9Yvpp2ml31jUMBj&login=

    And this link gave the following error message: Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.

    I make a test, include in the end of the link the user name

    /wp-login.php?action=rp&key=nYnWn9Yvpp2ml31jUMBj&login=admin

    And the password recovery went well, how can I fix that?

    You need to see if its a plugin conflict by disabling them and testing. I’d start by deactivating any plugins that have anything to do with the Login functions.
