Here’s my store

1st Problem
For some reason when I add an item to a cart it adds three of them instead of just one.

2nd Problem
The description and price are listed again under each of my product’s add to cart button.
SEE HERE

3rd Problem
My credit card area disappears once I finish typing in all my shipping and payment information. It will let me type in my credit card information if I enter that first but if I wait to do that last it disappears after I finish the billing info.

Consider updating your theme. See the changelog.

There have been a few fixes since your version was published. I can’t say if updating will fix these problems but its good step to try.

I updated and it still has the problem.

I don’t see problems 1 and 2 here. Try clearing your browser cache.

I do see problem 3. The markup for the credit card fields is inside an iframe, which means its coming from another site so you cannot control it. Make sure you have the latest version of the plugin, 1.3.5. This was published only 2 weeks ago. Otherwise, consider taking the problem to the plugin support board:

But ultimately if this can’t be resolved consider looking for another payment solution.

Okay thanks so much! I have figured out how to fix 1 and 2. Problem 3 is the only one remaining. I’ll try what you suggested.

Oh, it looks like I am on the latest version already. I have sent a request to heartland to see if they can resolve the issue.
