Problems Uploading Image !

    Every time I attempt to upload an image to WordPress it brings up “404 | The page you are looking for does not exist.” This started to occur today and does not disappear any suggestions? Im new here.

    Im new hear also, and my wordpress does not allow me to click and drag can anyone give an another option and my appeareances tab does not include a header
