Problems upgrading from 3.9.8 to 4.0.5

Hi there,

When I try to upgrade to v4.0.5 I get the following shortcode errors:

WordPress Database Error: [Unknown column ‘profile’ in ‘field list’]
Select ‘title’, ‘website’, ‘coach’, ‘stadium’, …..

No additional plugins have been added and all other plugins and theme are on the latest versions and work well with v3.9.8
