problems to install woo themes

i have downloaded a folder with woo themes, every time i try installing 1 of the themes there is a msg that installation failed. it does not contain the style.css file.. but when i checked the file content it does have that style.css file in it. so what should i do?
please help. its hqppening with every theme that the folder contains please guide me..
