    Hello,

I’m having an issue with the following – any help or guidance would be appreciated.

I currently have a blog thats been running for several months on my main domain (www.domain.com).

I want to create a members area, so I installed WordPress again in http://www.domain.com/members. I want the members area to contain all the content on the first blog (www.domain.com).

So I imported the mysql database into the second blog and it works great – all the categories, comments, pages, etc.

But after about 30 minutes, it fails. I can NO LONGER access the admin section of the second blog – it is by default reverting to the admin section of the second blog. In addition, all the comments, categories, etc that were working no longer work – they again revert to the first blog.

    Thank you!

When you imported the DB (vefore or after) did you change the two values – site_url and home – in the option table of the database? Maybe they are still pointing to the original (=first) blog…
